Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. To start the process, please contact us at hola@sobremesaworld.com with your order number and email address. When your return reaches our facility, we will inspect it and notify you by email whether your return complies with our return policy.

Please keep in mind:

  • T-shirts and charms can be returned or exchanged as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.
  • Handbags and rings are artisanal, handcrafted items and can only be returned in the case of a manufacturing defect or flaw .

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping costs. Please note that the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Be sure to send back only the items specified in your return request, as we are not responsible for products returned in error.

Please note that if an item has already been exchanged once, it is not eligible for return or further exchange.

Once we receive and validate your return request, refunds will be issued within 30 days, provided all return conditions are met.

Shipping & Product availability

We currently ship orders worldwide from our base in Barcelona, Spain.

Standard shipping within Spain: Estimated delivery in up to 7 business days.

International shipping: Estimated delivery in up to 14 business days.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note: Artisanal items such as handbags and rings are custom and handmade , and may take several weeks to produce and ship . We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare these unique pieces with care.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by country.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a refund or offer store credit.
